New Town Budget Would Raise Tax Levy by 2.18%

The preliminary Town of Pelham budget for the 2010 calendar year shows a tax levy increase of 2.18%. The Homestead tax rate would be 45.6 cents per $1,000 assessed valuation and the non-Homestead tax rate would be 61.2 cents.

Seasonal Flu Shots for Senior Citizens on Thursday, Dec. 10

Senior citizens who are Town of Pelham residents may get seasonal flu shots next Thursday, Dec. 10 at the Daronco Town House between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Call the Senior Advocate’s Office (738-5004) weekday mornings for more information.
The flu shots are free to those with Medicare; others must pay $25.  A limited number of flu shots will be available.
