New Town Budget Would Raise Tax Levy by 2.18%The preliminary Town of Pelham budget for the 2010 calendar year shows a tax levy increase of 2.18%. The Homestead tax rate would be 45.6 cents per $1,000 assessed valuation and the non-Homestead tax rate would be 61.2 cents.
